Dippi, a high-protein, high-fibre dip mix, has opened a £200,000 SEIS-eligible funding round ahead of its official UK launch in January 2027, blending a public Kickstarter pre-sale with private equity investment.

The product is a savoury powder stirred into plain or Greek yoghurt to make a chilled dip, pitched as a lower-calorie, protein-and-fibre alternative to shop-bought tubs. The dry pouch keeps in the cupboard for months and, once mixed, lasts three days in the fridge. It launches in Tomato & Chilli, Sour Cream & Dill, and Cheddar & Onion.
Founder Miia Paavola, a former tech product manager at scale-ups including incident.io and Pleo, and a MasterChef Finland alumna, is drawing on the yoghurt-based dip mixes common in Finland, reworked for a health-conscious UK audience.
The raise rests on early demand signals: a sold-out pop-up, a 3,000-strong waitlist, and TikTok content past 250,000 views, with 40% of samplers converting to buyers. Funds go toward production, marketing, operations and working capital, ahead of a go-to-market plan that runs from social to Amazon and DTC before retail.
