Byoma has launched Longevit-8 Peptide Serum, a £21.99 daily formula pitched at the fast-growing skin longevity trend, the move from correcting visible ageing toward maintaining skin function over time. The Scottish brand calls it its most advanced product yet, designed to tackle damage before it shows.

At its centre is a proprietary GHK-Cu Longevity Matrix, chosen after the brand tested nine combinations in vitro. It pairs copper tripeptide, vitamin E and niacinamide with actives including Phyto-PDRN, NMN, Argireline and Matrixyl 3000, delivered through an oil-in-water system meant to carry water-based actives across the barrier while replenishing lipids.
Byoma reports its own testing showed a 225% lift in natural collagen, with efficacy 1.76 times that of retinal, and it commissioned a 12-week, placebo-controlled study with Professor Mark Birch-Machin on mitochondrial DNA damage, findings now being submitted for peer review. As with any brand-run data, these results sit with Byoma until independently verified.
