P.Louise opens its first store, a 19,000 sq ft Manchester flagship

P.Louise, the cosmetics brand founded by make-up artist and social media creator Paige Williams, has opened its first permanent store: P.Louise City, a 19,000 sq ft, two-floor flagship at Trafford Palazzo in Manchester.

The space is built around experience rather than shelves. Alongside the full range — colour cosmetics, skincare, bodycare and haircare across themed zones — the store houses a juice bar, a P.Louise-branded pharmacy and supermarket, a florist, a working salon, a cinema, makeup education zones, content-creation areas and a skate-ramp dancefloor.

The brand frames it as a destination designed for repeat visits and content creation rather than a one-off purchase.

In May, P.Louise made its high-street debut through Boots, entering 36 stores nationwide and Boots.com with more than 200 products and six exclusive partnerships — supported by shop-in-shop installations, themed storefronts, branded vehicle activations and training for Boots beauty advisors.

"We don't just create cosmetics — we're creating collectable experiences alongside collectable cosmetics," said founder Paige Williams. "A place you'll want to come back to again and again, because every visit has something new to discover."
