Nichols, the soft drinks business behind Vimto, has partnered with THG-owned Myprotein to launch Myprotein Clear Whey Protein Water, a ready-to-drink range arriving in September 2026. The line comes in two flavours, Vimto and Raspberry Lemon, in a 500ml format with an RSP of £2.99.
Each bottle is sugar-free, low in calories and contains 15g of clear whey protein delivering all essential amino acids. The brand positions it as a lighter, more refreshing alternative to traditional milk-based protein drinks.

The launch extends a collaboration that began in 2021, when Myprotein first licensed the Vimto brand for its Vimto Clear Whey Protein range. Since then the flavour has been carried across multiple sports nutrition formats, including creatine, collagen, pre-workout and gummies. Myprotein Vimto Clear Whey is the UK's number one-selling clear whey protein product in retail, according to the companies.
The protein water sits within the UK functional drinks market, which the brand values at £5.8bn and growing 10% between 2025 and 2026, with protein cited as the most sought-after functional ingredient across demographics.
Under a multi-year brand licence agreement, Nichols will manufacture and distribute Myprotein Clear Whey Protein Water through its nationwide UK distribution network.
