Lululemon and Copenhagen fashion house GANNI unveiled a collaboration built around a shared belief in the joy of movement, pairing lululemon's technical innovation with GANNI's playful design language. The 22-piece collection spans womenswear, accessories and footwear, and launches in markets worldwide on 15 October.

The range takes its cue from the world of dance, with pieces designed to move from the studio to the street. GANNI creative director Ditte Reffstrup drew specifically on 1980s dance films. "80s dance movies have been part of my life since I was a child, so they felt like such a natural starting point," she said. "I've always been drawn to the energy, determination and sense of freedom in those films... we brought that 80s dance energy into the colours and details, then mixed it with GANNI signatures like leopard and frills, and lululemon's world of movement."
The collaboration is backed by a film that leans into the same 80s charge with a contemporary edge, positioning movement as a form of self-expression.
