Heights is seeking to raise £6m to fund its retail expansion, with pre-registration now open on investment platform Republic Europe at a £75m pre-money valuation.

Founded in 2020 by Dan Murray and Joel Freeman, Heights posted £30m in revenue in the year to September 2026, up from £16.4m the year before and £7.7m the year before that. It now has more than 60,000 subscribers buying over 100,000 products a month, with subscriptions accounting for the bulk of sales.
The money is earmarked for further retail growth, product development and marketing. Having entered Boots in January, Heights is now in more than 400 stores, with a rollout across around 600 Holland & Barrett locations due from April 2027. Despite that, the brand says awareness is still low, with just 15% of its UK target audience having heard of it.
It is Heights' fourth round on Republic Europe, the platform formerly known as Seedrs, following earlier crowdraises in 2020.
