Gordon Ramsay debuts Krude, a premium olive oil brand

Gordon Ramsay has co-founded a premium olive oil brand called Krude alongside Ben and Elle Caring — the husband-and-wife duo behind Soho House's house rosé, Lady A.

Krude debuted on May 21st, 2026. Its range spans seven SKUs and sits firmly at the upper end of a category that has spent the last few years becoming a kitchen-counter status symbol.

"With Krude, the idea was simple: take something we use every day and make it better — better quality, better flavour, better packaging," Ramsay said. "These are oils to pour with intent."

The product

Krude splits its range into two lines.

  • Infused range. Chilli, Garlic, Lemon and Basil oils, costing £22 per 250ml.
  • Nude range. Two uninfused extra virgin oils starting at £13. "Finish Me" is positioned for drizzling and dressing; "Cook Me" is the only SKU available in both a can and a spray bottle.

Every oil is traceable to a specific field on a family-run Spanish farm and pressed from early-harvest olives, which the brand says delivers a higher polyphenol load.

Packaging is 100% UV-protective tin with a pouring spout, chosen over glass to limit light and oxygen exposure and to cut the carbon footprint of shipping.

Why the category

Premium olive oil has followed the same trajectory as natural wine, craft gin and speciality coffee — moving from commodity to lifestyle purchase, driven largely by design-forward challengers like Graza, Glug and YiaYia.

What Krude brings to that field is a different kind of pedigree — a globally recognised chef as creative lead and a founding team with proven hospitality distribution. In a category increasingly defined by aesthetics and storytelling, Krude is betting that culinary credibility and on-trade access still move bottles.
