Biomel is broadening its Love Your Gut range with a new line of Protein Drinks, combining its gut-health positioning with plant-based protein in a single on-the-go format.
Each serving carries billions of live cultures, 20g of complete plant-based protein and 7g of fibre. The formulation adds BCAAs for a higher-quality protein blend, along with 20 vitamins and minerals. It's low in sugar at under 2.5g per 100ml, and free from artificial sweeteners, gluten, lactose and GMOs. Three flavours launch at once: Chocolate, Vanilla and Matcha.

Category position and expansion
Biomel is the UK's number one brand in the plant-based gut-health category, according to Circana data. The launch coincides with an operational expansion: a new Innovation & Production Centre at Prologis Park in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, due to open in Q4 to lift UK production as demand grows.
"This marks the next step in our growth journey as we continue to innovate and create new, delicious ways for consumers to support their gut health," said co-founder Steven Hegarty, adding that new formats bring the brand "into new occasions" across the day.
