TBCo, the Edinburgh-based B Corp best known for blankets, throws, and loungewear, has launched its first swim collection. The range went live on TBCo's site on April 23 and is built around recycled materials, modular fit, and extended sizing.
What's in the collection
Four core silhouettes anchor the launch:
- Two one-piece swimsuits: one in TBCo's signature pink and burgundy stripe, and a cherry red style with blue bow detailing.
- Two tankinis:: a blue and brown stripe, and a burgundy two-piece with red bow detailing.
Tops and bottoms are sold separately, and sizing runs XS to 3XL. The pieces are made from a 78% recycled polyamide / 22% elastane blend, with the nylon sourced from Vita by Carvico — an Italian-made techno-fabric built around ECONYL regenerated nylon yarn, which is produced from recovered fishing nets, fabric scraps, and post-industrial plastic waste, according to manufacturer Aquafil.
TBCo's continued lifestyle expansion
TBCo, founded by Emma Macdonald, has spent recent years migrating from a single-category textiles brand into a broader lifestyle proposition spanning loungewear, accessories, and home. The swim launch sits within that trajectory.

"There was a real gap in the market for responsibly made pieces that feel both confident and truly style-led," said Macdonald, founder and CEO of TBCo.
Where to find it
The TBCo Swim collection is available now at tbco.com, in sizes XS to 3XL, alongside three new beach towels in the brand's 100% cotton range.
