SURREAL, the high-protein, low-sugar cereal brand founded in 2021 by ex-Vita Coco pair Jac Chetland and Kit Gammell, has expanded beyond cereal with a range of protein overnight oats.
Join European founders, operators, and investors who read The Checkout every week.
Each single-serve pouch blends oats, soya protein, seeds and freeze-dried fruit, delivering 20g of protein at roughly 275-287 calories, high in fibre and low in sugar.
The format is built for flexibility: the pouches can be eaten cold as overnight oats, heated into porridge or blended with milk into a shake, and the brand says they need only a five-minute soak rather than an overnight wait. Six flavours launch, spanning Chocolate, Honey, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, Peanut Butter and Banana.
The oats are available now through SURREAL's website.
