Founded by Julius Rüßmann and Nicolas Linsenmaier, OYL is pitching single-origin extra virgin olive oil as an everyday kitchen staple, pairing high-quality oil with consumer-brand design in a category still dominated by generic supermarket bottles. The brand positions its "chef-grade" oil as a cooking essential aimed at home foodies, with the tagline of making every cooking session your best yet.
IBB Ventures said it looks forward to supporting the team as it builds "the next generation of premium everyday cooking essentials."
