Hunter & Gather has launched a Chicken Bone Broth. The brand aims to reposition bone broth from a cold-weather staple into an everyday protein and collagen vehicle.
Each serving delivers 11g of protein and 5.5g of naturally occurring collagen, and is designed for both sipping and cooking.
A category shift, not just a SKU launch
Bone broth has mostly been a winter or sick-day product, which has kept the category small and seasonal. Hunter & Gather's bet is that a powdered, neutral-flavoured chicken broth can sit alongside coffee and protein shakes in a daily routine, particularly among women looking for a savoury alternative to sweet protein products.
