Holy Moly, the British-founded avocado dip brand, is launching in Australia through Woolworths, its first market outside Europe. The move takes the brand into more than 1,000 stores nationally from 9 September, starting with two products: its Smashed Avocado Minis and Smashed Guacamole Minis in 3x57g packs, with further formats to follow.

The choice of Australia is deliberate. The brand points to close cultural and consumer parallels with the UK, and to a market where smashed avocado and brunch culture are firmly embedded, arguably the most fitting place to test its appeal beyond home turf.
"Australia felt like the natural next step for Holy Moly," said founder Tom Walker. "There are so many similarities between our markets, particularly when it comes to our love of avocados, but Australia has taken smashed avo to another level."
The launch, run with local partner Circle Exchange, adds to Holy Moly's footprint across the UK, Ireland and France. The B Corp-certified brand, which uses wonky fruit and repurposes avocado skins and stones to cut waste, is positioning the move as the start of wider global expansion.
