Collider, the functional alcohol-free beer brand, launches in Morrisons on 7 September, in what it says is the first time a functional beer has been stocked by a UK bricks-and-mortar supermarket. Collider Lager (4x330ml) goes into 227 stores, with Collider Session IPA joining it in 127, both in the alcohol-free aisle at an RRP of £6.50 per four-pack and a 2-for-£10 launch offer.

What sets it apart from standard alcohol-free beer is the brewing: Collider adds a blend of functional ingredients, including lion's mane mushroom and ashwagandha, to a sub-0.5% ABV craft beer. The lager is 36 calories a can and gluten-free, and the listing debuts a grocery-specific four-pack.
The launch rides the fast-growing low-and-no category, where nootropic and adaptogen-infused "functional" brews are among the quickest-moving lines. Founded in 2024, Collider says it has grown revenue more than fivefold in the past year and built over 4,000 regular subscribers, with venue listings including Dishoom and Planet Organic.
Collider is available from 7 September and online at drinkcollider.com.
