Black Bee Honey, the collective of beekeepers behind single-origin British honey, has launched Sunny Honey, a creamed honey infused with organic ginger, turmeric and lemon.
Built on naturally creamy British spring honey, the spread balances gentle sweetness with warming ginger, earthy turmeric and a citrus lift from lemon, taking a familiar flavour combination into honey form. The brand suggests stirring it into hot water or warm milk, swirling it through porridge or yoghurt, or using it in a hot toddy.

"We wanted to take a combination people already know and love and give it a new lease of life," said co-founder Paul Webb.
As with the rest of the range, each jar is made from 100% British, single-origin honey, printed with the beekeeper's name and harvest location, a transparency play against the blended, imported honey common on supermarket shelves. A certified B Corp, Black Bee Honey donates 2% of turnover to creating wildflower meadows for pollinators.
Sunny Honey (227g) is available now from blackbeehoney.com at £9.50.
