All Dressed Up, the all-natural dressings brand, has secured a listing in more than 300 Sainsbury's stores across the UK, a significant step up for a young challenger taking on an overlooked supermarket category.
Founded by private chef Tessa Reed, the brand grew out of a family recipe and a frustration with what was on shelf. Reed says most supermarket dressings lean on saturated fats, emulsifiers and refined sugars, and set out to make everyday dressings that are refined-sugar, gluten and dairy free, with flavour as the priority and uses well beyond leaves.

"Over the past year, the team has worked incredibly hard to build a brand that people care about. To prove that salad dressing deserves more than a spot at the back of the shelf gathering dust," said Reed.
"We know that getting onto the shelf is only the beginning, and that the real hard work starts now," she added.
